Soft cookies soaked in peach syrup, a delicate cream, juicy peaches and a rich chocolate topping — all in one beautiful layered dessert. 🍑🤍🍫 No oven needed, and the result looks like a fancy cake! 🍑 RECIPE For the peach layers: 1 can of peaches Peach syrup from the can For the cream: 400 g soft cottage cheese 250 g sweetened condensed milk 400 g sour cream 1 tsp vanilla For the layers: Cookies, as needed For the chocolate topping: 100 g chocolate 100 ml heavy cream For decoration: Crushed cookies Chopped wafers 👩‍🍳 HOW TO MAKE IT Drain the syrup from the canned peaches and cut the peaches into small cubes. Mix the soft cottage cheese, sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Dip the cookies into the peach syrup and arrange them in a dish. Add a generous layer of cream and then a layer of peaches. Repeat the layers: cookies, cream and peaches. Melt the chocolate together with the heavy cream until smooth. Pour the chocolate ganache over the top. Sprinkle with crushed cookies. Refrigerate for several hours so the dessert can soak and set. Decorate with chopped wafers just before serving.
