Aphex Twin // Kesson Dalek piano cover

I love how playful and restless the rhythms are in this piece. The sustain pedal is held down the entire time which creates a dreamy quality and allows you to swim in the harmonic resonance, like an imprint or an after image that won't clear up. It's played in the higher registers of the piano, which gives it a surreal, incomplete sound. It's not difficult to play so if you're a piano player at any level, give it a try! Recorded using Spitfire Audio's Firewood Piano in Logic Pro X on Korg B2 digital piano. Video texture overlay by Tyler Snell. 🎶 MY MUSIC: https://tidal.com/browse/artist/49119... 💿 CDs AND VINYL: https://iximusix.bandcamp.com/merch 👕 MERCH: https://ixi-shop.fourthwall.com 🎹 PATREON: consider joining my Patreon since I can't monetize my videos and I don't take sponsorships!   / iximusic   // plus it's fun: song challenges, private & group lessons, input on videos, album listening parties, Discord 💄 TIPS: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/iximusic ___________ 🙏 SPECIAL THANKS to my Patrons, without whom these videos would not be possible!
