Wildlife and working cattle can share the same land. See how eShepherd virtual fencing helps ranchers keep migration corridors open while staying in control of their grazing.
On the Box X Ranch in southeast Montana, Brandon Arpan's herd grazes across ground that pronghorn antelope move through across the seasons. With eShepherd, boundaries are drawn and moved from a phone, so cattle can be held off key crossing areas when wildlife is on the move and given access again when the timing is right. With the help of multiple nonprofit and research partners, including @PERCtv, the Box X is leveraging eShepherd to remove physical infrastructure to further strengthen pronghorn numbers across the Mountain West.
