Join Ms Moni and Kookie the Kookaburra for a playful toddler learning adventure all about imaginative play, turning an everyday cardboard box, cardboard tube, some socks, and a wooden spoon into cars, rockets, telescopes, puppets, and so much more!
In this episode, little ones can count, learn their colours with a game of I Spy, blast off into space to meet the planets, make music, play peekaboo with sock puppets Pip and Pop, and share a brave, heartwarming story with Kookie. It's packed with songs, movement, and imaginative fun that shows children how the best toys are often the simple things we already have at home.
Along the way, children are encouraged to join in with early learning activities including counting, colours, animal sounds, loud and quiet, fast and slow, sharing, turn-taking, imaginative play, and lots of singing and movement.

✅ We recommend that a parent or carer be present to interact with the videos along with the child. Using words and songs from our videos in daily interactions with your child is also highly encouraged.
When children sing songs, they learn to focus, listen carefully and repeat what they've heard. Singing is an incredibly powerful language learning tool! Just like reading to your little one, singing songs with them helps to boost their vocabulary and language skills. The act of singing songs also helps children pick up on different sounds within words.
So get involved with the music, have some fun and help your little one get the most out of their active screen time.
Ms Moni has a First Class Honours degree in Music Performance from Griffith University as well as a Graduate Diploma in Education from the University of Queensland. In the last 10 years she has taught classroom music from Kindergarten to Year 7 as well as violin to students of all ages.
