Cozy Arena Elder Scrolls Chapter 1: Reimagined | alpha

Cozy Arena is a free, browser-based open-world RPG set in Tamriel during the Third Era, and a fan tribute to The Elder Scrolls: Arena. The main quest retells the fall of Jagar Tharn and the hunt for the eight fragments of the Staff of Chaos. Around it is the whole continent, generated from the map of Tamriel: over a hundred cities and towns, hundreds of dungeons, four guilds, procedural side quests and Diablo-style loot. It plays in first person with mouse-steered swings, power attacks, blocking, bows and spells, or in a third-person view of your own character. The world runs on its own clock: a twelve-month calendar with seasons, seeded weather, two moons with phases, and townsfolk who wake, work, eat, drink and sleep whether or not you are there. Almost everything on a table can be picked up, stolen or knocked over, and it stays where you left it. Ride a horse, take a ship between the provinces, pick herbs, join a guild, fight in the Arena, or steal everything that isn't nailed down. There is no right way to live in it.
