Maxim Vengerov: 2025–2026 Carnegie Hall Perspectives Artist

Preeminent violinist Maxim Vengerov returns in the second season of his three-year Carnegie Hall Perspectives series. Appearing in a rare chamber-music setting, Vengerov welcomes five of today’s leading instrumentalists for a program of Brahms’s masterpieces. With the singular Budapest Festival Orchestra conducted by Iván Fischer, Vengerov performs Sibelius’s sole concerto, a virtuosic violin showcase. To significant demand, Vengerov also returns to the recital stage with his musical partner, pianist Polina Osetinskaya.
