GWR | Heart of Wessex line Dorchester West - Bath Spa

Hello, Please join us as we take a trip along the unique Heart of Wessex line onboard a three car Class 166 turbo Networker. The start of our journey is along a railway line which is predominately a single track railway line with Block tokens in operation. We venture out of Dorchester in Dorset and cross into Somerset, passing through Yeovil, Castle Cary, Bruton and Frome before briefly passing through Wiltshire at Westbury and Trowbridge, before we return into Somerset and towards the city of Bath. There is much to be seen on this adventure, from the block token huts at Maiden Newton, to the beautiful Castle Cary station, recently decorated in GWR 1950s colours, with Totem signs, to the aqueducts near Bradford On Avon.
