Arise at the Word of the LORD | Obadiah Worship Song | Darren Winfield

Arise at the Word of the LORD is a cinematic worship song inspired by Obadiah: Yahweh speaks, pride is brought low, and every nation stands beneath His authority. Worship with Darren Winfield as the song moves from hearing God's summons to surrender, trust in Jesus Christ and a renewed willingness to obey. The film follows a nation confronting its own pride. A towering crown is lowered, the Word becomes the centre of public life, and worship becomes a call to serve, seek justice and bless others. This is a contemporary visual interpretation of the song's message. Scripture and reflection Obadiah 1:1 introduces the vision, the Lord GOD's authority and the summons among the nations. The wider movement of Obadiah confronts pride and ends with the declaration that the kingdom belongs to the LORD (Obadiah 1:21). As you listen, reflect on where pride resists God's word—and what it means to hear, trust and obey Him in everyday life.
