Sanaullah Baloch is a governance and constitutional expert, writer, and former parliamentarian from Balochistan, with over 25 years of experience across South Asia and Africa. He has served as a Member of Pakistan’s National Assembly and Senate, and as an elected Member of the Balochistan Assembly from Kharran. He has worked with *UNDP as a Senior Constitutional Adviser in Somalia and Chief Technical Adviser in Sierra Leone*, contributing to constitution-making, institutional reform, democratic governance, electoral processes, and inclusive public participation. A prolific writer on *federalism, constitutionalism, natural resources, human rights, and conflict resolution*, Baloch has authored numerous articles, policy papers and reports, and remains a prominent voice on Balochistan’s political, constitutional and socioeconomic challenges.
