so you want to be a speedrunner: Spyro 1, Gnorc Cove, using the enemy to open the strong chest

have you ever watched a speed run of Spyro the Dragon and seen the cool tricks done and wondered how and if you could do them? well come join me as I attempt to show how anyone can do some of these fun tricks!! in this video, we use an enemy to open a strong chest, saving us time and energy looping around to collect gems. it is also pretty cool looking, and worth learning to show off to friends. while I cannot promise anything fancy or high quality, I can share facts, controller inputs, and various ways to do some of the tricks that seem to have some people scratching their heads. each video will have errors and struggles as they will be continuous recordings while I ramble about what I know. 4:00 we get to the start of the trick explanation 7:00 i finally have the save state set this video shows rough lining up, where to stand, when to charge, and then looks into actual lines on the ground and wall incase that is more your style.
