LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn Episode 2

Just a Detective case in this one and it was interesting doing it. Like how NPCAI is integrated into it and works great with it. Will get the new vehicles and mods on the list once i am happy with everything. I was wrong about the vehicle I was using in the video so I just edited it. I do have some vehicles from Midwest Modifications in my game.
