My first ASMR video ~ lo-fi whispers and affirmations

Welcome to my first ASMR video here! This space is for women who are overwhelmed or overstimulated from holding everything together, and just need a safe space to reconnect to themselves. Today I'll be sharing more about this channel while whispering gentle affirmations reminding you that you are enough, just as you are. Your worth isn't tied to how much you produce. You are allowed to be yourself. Please be kind... the world needs more of it. Thank you for being here, beautiful you. ~Kathleen #lofiasmr #asmr #firstasmr #myfirstasmr #whispering #whisperedasmr #whisperedaffirmations #affirmations
