1976 Ironhead Sportster XLCH Transmission Assembled 00:00 First 4:23 Second 5:14 Third 5:52 Forth This is a video of my Ironhead transmission assembled - the countershaft is standard and the main shaft is +2. This is just to verify clearances and see where there is slack. This disassembly started due to first gear not engaging. The fork rollers that are used here seem worn and I have new ones on the way.
