Welcome to my very first YouTube vlog! ❤️ I’m so excited to finally share a little part of my everyday life with you. In this vlog, I’m taking you along for a simple and real day in my life — from my morning routine and pooja to a healthy morning drink, gym time, and some fun moments with my Golden Retriever. 🐶❤️ I’ll also introduce myself a little and share more about why I decided to start this YouTube journey. And wait for the surprise at the end! 😍 I’m cooking one of my favourite dishes — Rajasthani Laal Maas 🌶️🍖 — with a rich, spicy and flavourful preparation. If you enjoyed spending the day with me, LIKE ❤️, COMMENT 💬, SHARE and SUBSCRIBE 🔔 to join me on this new journey! Thank you so much for watching my first vlog. ❤️ This is just the beginning! ✨ 🌶️ Laal Maas Recipe Ingredients: 500 g mutton 8–10 Mathania/Bedgi red chillies, soaked 1 cup curd 2–3 tbsp mustard oil 1 large onion, finely sliced 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste 2–3 green cardamoms 2–3 cloves 1 black cardamom 1 small cinnamon stick 1 bay leaf ½ tsp cumin ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp coriander powder Salt to taste 2–3 cups hot water Method: Marinate the mutton with curd, salt, red-chilli paste and a little turmeric for about 30–60 minutes. Heat mustard oil until hot. Add bay leaf, cumin, cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Add sliced onions and cook until golden. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears. Add the marinated mutton and cook well on medium-high heat until the oil begins to separate. Add the remaining red-chilli paste and coriander powder. Add hot water, cover and cook until the mutton becomes tender and the gravy reaches your desired consistency. You can use a pressure cooker for a faster version. Finish with a little mustard oil for that traditional rich flavour. Serve hot with steamed rice, bajra roti or naan. 🌶️❤️ Tip: Traditional Laal Maas gets its beautiful red colour and characteristic flavour from Mathania chillies, so use them if available. #️⃣ Hashtags #myfirstvlog #firstvlog #lifestylevlog #dayinmylife #indianvlogger #dailyvlog #morningroutine #gymvlog #dogvlog #goldenretriever #cookingvlog #laalmaas #LaalMaasRecipe #rajasthanifood #indianfood #foodvlog #HomeCooking #vlogindia #indianyoutuber #newvlogger
