The Cross Before Me -Moffat-Joel Masuku

THE CROSS BEFORE ME “The Cross Before Me” is a song about surrender, perseverance, faith, and choosing to follow Jesus the Christ whatever the cost. There are seasons when the road becomes narrow, the trials become heavy, and following Christ demands something from us. Yet the call remains the same: deny yourself, take up your cross, and follow Him. “I have counted the cost Still I choose You Through the fire and the rain I will trust You.” Whatever we face, may our eyes remain fixed on Jesus. Matthew 16:24 “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.” Hebrews 12:2 “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith.” THE CROSS BEFORE ME Lyrics by Moffat-Joel Masuku Music created with AI assistance Video by Moffat-Joel Masuku ©2026 If this song ministers to you, share it with someone who needs encouragement to keep following Jesus. #TheCrossBeforeMe #MoffatJoelMasuku #ChristianMusic #GospelMusic #Jesus #Faith #WorshipMusic #FollowJesus #CarryYourCross #ChristianSongsTHE CROSS BEFORE ME Following Jesus was never promised to be an easy road. “The Cross Before Me” is a song about surrender, perseverance, faith, and choosing to follow Jesus the Christ whatever the cost.
