HART's Slice-on-Slice Casting Lines produce uniform, stacked ribbon loaves of process cheese and other flowable products at production rates ranging from 1,100 to 11,000 lbs. per hour (500 to just under 5,000 kg/hr). This video showcases our automated Slice-on-Slice production process, from casting and cooling continuous cheese sheets to slitting, twisting, stacking and cutting ribbon loaves. HART's integrated equipment provides accurate, repeatable results with easy operation and minimal maintenance. Our Slice-on-Slice Casting Lines feature a patented adjustable manifold for precise cheese sheet width and thickness control, an Electrostatic Lecithin Sprayer (ESL), Slitter and Twist & Stack assemblies, and a Servo Cutoff with an integrated transfer conveyor. Our Hopper Pump Skids provide an automated system that not only calls for and receives batches of cheese from your upstream process but also allows for HMI-controlled loaf weight control adjustments, all while maintaining consistent cheese supply to support a continuous operation of the Casting Machine. Additional downstream equipment can be incorporated based on your production requirements, including: • 2-, 3- and 4-Stage Stackers for additional loaf stacking • AutoHarps for portion cutting • Wrapping equipment for downstream packaging • Accumulators and additional product handling equipment With touchscreen controls, configurable recipes and sanitary equipment designed to CE/USDA standards, our Casting Lines can be configured for a variety of product sizes and production requirements.
