2026 Member Agency of the Year: The Arc Jefferson - St. Lawrence

As an original NYSID Member Agency, The Arc Jefferson-St. Lawrence began by manufacturing products that are still sold through NYSID today. Over time, the agency expanded into custodial and document imaging services at customer sites, including the Department of Social Services and other NYSID locations. William Briggs’ career reflects this journey, moving from manufacturing to on-site customer employment and exemplifying the agency’s longstanding commitment to meaningful work opportunities for people with disabilities.
