Title and Demo Mode of Manic Miner for MSX (Cameron Else’s version)

Manic Miner for the MSX. This is based on the Software Projects release for the Spectrum, and not the Bug-Byte version, which is unsurprising, as the conversion was done for Software Projects. It’s pretty much a perfect conversion of the Spectrum version. The music is much easier on the ear, and the game runs a little faster than the Spectrum version.
