Summer Camping Adventure in the Pocono Mountains | Knoebels, Camelback & Tobyhanna State Park Description Our first camping trip of Summer 2026 took us on an unforgettable eight-day adventure through the beautiful Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. We started by packing the NoBo and heading to Knoebels Campground, where we spent time enjoying the amusement park, relaxing around the campfire, and making family memories. From there, we cooled off at Camelback Waterpark before moving to Tobyhanna State Park for four peaceful nights surrounded by nature. Tobyhanna quickly became the highlight of the trip. Quiet mornings, beautiful sunsets, wildlife, cinematic forest scenes, and some of my favorite photographs of the summer made it a place we'll always remember. I also captured my first successful Milky Way timelapse over our camper, making this trip even more special. This video is our personal travel journal—a way to preserve the memories of our first camping adventure of the summer.
