Watch an extreme and intense heavy tractor rescue operation deep in the rugged mountains! Our Massey Ferguson 375 was pulling a heavy loaded trolley up a steep, rocky mountain track when a massive snap echoed from the engine bay. Complete mechanical breakdown—the tractor engine completely seized, locking up tight with zero movement forward or backward on the dangerous slope. Our driver faced a tough situation in the remote mountains. Without wasting time, we safely detached and pulled out the loaded trolley right there on the rugged terrain. Bringing in backup, another Massey Ferguson 375 tractor hooked up a heavy-duty tow chain and pulled our broken-down machine all the way out of the steep mountains down to our main city workshop. Once at the workshop, our expert mechanics got straight to work using simple manual hand tools. Dropping the lower oil pan revealed a critical failure: the heavy-duty engine crankshaft had snapped cleanly into three pieces under extreme climbing load! What makes this master-level repair incredible is our team's expert technique: without opening or disturbing the top end of the engine, our skilled mechanics performed the entire heavy job entirely from underneath! Working from the bottom, they removed the broken crankshaft, cleaned out the internal block, and expertly installed a brand-new, genuine Perkins 4-cylinder diesel engine crankshaft (OEM Part Number: 3131A021 / Perkins 3131A015) along with brand-new precision main and connecting rod bearing inserts. After careful fitting, alignment, and precise torqueing from below, we closed up the bottom pan, refilled the engine with fresh high-grade heavy-duty engine oil, topped off the radiator cooling system, and gave it the first crank. Listen closely to the raw, unedited mechanical ASMR sounds—pure diesel engine roar, heavy block vibration, mechanical gear grinding, and natural shop acoustics with zero background music or voiceovers. We wrapped up the job with a successful field run and road test, proving the Massey 375 is back to 100% heavy-duty working condition with a smooth, powerful engine note.
