Sniper RIPS Through Hordes With BUFFED Body Shots Bolt Carbine - True Solo Absolute | Space Marine 2

In this run we take Bolt Carbine with Targeted Shot & Lingering Concealment on Sniper to burst down enemies. Bolt Carbine was already a strong option before patch 13, but now with the 30% buffed bolter body shots, every missed headshot will be more powerful. This is especially helpful for enemies like chaos spawns, which are harder to hit on the head. "Targeted Shot" in combination with "Lingering Concealment" allows the Bolt Carbine to get 75% damage bonus for 2.36s when firing from cloak as long as you go full auto and hold the fire button. This doesn't work for Sniper's other primaries because they cannot go full auto, they are either semi-auto single shot or semi-auto burst fire. And that is because Targeted Shot has a trigger that cares about when you hold and let go of the fire button. When you let go of fire the buff ends before the lingering concealment extra 2s. There is an article on melee calculator website that explains it in detail: https://sm2meleecalc.us/wiki/random/s.... This combo lets you burst everything from majoris to extremis extremely quickly when you cloak and just hold fire. We also go with Precision Targeting for even more spread reduction. We already have Honed Precision on the Bolt Carbine itself, but the extra spread reduction helps with hitting longer range shots(useful in siege mode when you get sharpshooter perk). The extra damage on extremis and terminus enemies doesn't hurt either.
