=Opinion= The PLZ83 has good fire power and can deal with most vehicles at it rank and having access to (HE-VT) allows it to counter planes as well. The PLZ83 is best used supporting your team at range as it lacks protection and has a long reload time. =Information= The PLZ83 is a tank destroyer equipped with a fixed 152mm and a (pintle) mounted 12.7mm machine gun. The PLZ83 has a crew of 5, 4 in the turret and 1 in the hull. The PLZ83 has access to 3 types of rounds 2 of which are (HE): • DDB1/PL66-152 which is (HE) which has 48.6mm of penetration at 100m • BEE7-152 which is (HE) which has 61mm of penetration at 100m • (HE-VT) which has 61mm of penetration at 100m The PLZ83 uses 2 stage ammunition and is equipped with a ready rack holding 15 rounds, the rounds and charges are stored in the rear of the turret. The ready rack gives the PLZ83 a reload time of 17.29 seconds, the ready rack takes roughly 11 seconds to reload a single round, when the ready rack is completely empty the reload time is increased to roughly 20 seconds. The PLZ83 has a maximum speed of 56km/h (RB) and a reverse speed of 8.5km/h (RB). The PLZ83 has a constant speed gain up to 36km/h with a speed gain reduction from 36km/h to 56km/h. The PLZ83 has a maximum armour thickness of 30mm and a minimum thickness of 10mm. The armour provides very low protection so positioning is very important when using the PLZ83.
