2004 Odyssey EX Front Door Lock/Unlock problem Fixed for $10.00

2004 Honda Odyssey EX right front door lock failed to responding to both remote control and locking switches. The problem is intermittent. Replaced the actuator with the after market part for about $10.00 on Ebay and the problem is fixed. Below are OEM part numbers for your reference on all Actuators for this 2004 Honda EX model according to Honda Dealer website: Front Doors: 72115-S84-A11 Actuator Assy., R. FR. 72155-S84-A11 Actuator Assy., L. FR. Door Lock Slide Doors: 72663-S0X-A11 Actuator Assy., L. Slide Door Lock 72623-S0X-A11 Actuator Assy., R. Slide Door Lock Tailgate or Liftgate: 74896-S0X-A01 Actuator Assy., Tailgate Tools recommended: 1. Phillip Screw driver Regular and short styles 2. Flat tip Screw Driver 3. 10 mm socket,1/4" ratchet with long and short extensions 4. Prying tool (dashboard and door panel) 5. Impact Screw Driver with large Phillip Screw Head or Large Phillip Screw head socket with ratchet. 6. Penetrating fluid (WD 40) 7. inspection Mirror (optional) Note: one of the connectors (3 wires) of the new actuator is a blank connector.
