In this episode, Jaspal Bhatti hits out at the practice of encouraging VIPs culture. Bhatti Saheb is a high official who is trying to arrange a meeting with his 'superiors' but they themselves are busy in the separate meeting. As he is himself seeking a meeting desperately with the district administration officials he calls his in-house, meeting to discuss the fate of the files destroyed by rodents.
