ERM Virtual Field Trip: Scrub meets Estuary (Jupiter Ridge NA)

EXPLORE with PBC ERM at our first virtual “LIVE” fieldtrip of the 2026 - 2027 school year as we explore 270 acres of protected South Florida wilderness at Jupiter Ridge Natural Area. We will hike through pine trees in the endangered scrub habitat following the land as it contours down lower to a watery shoreline. LEARN about ancient beach dunes, fire adapted plants, marine organisms that live underwater in the estuary, and how PBC ERM has worked to save and restore one of the longest natural shorelines along the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway from erosion due to human activity.
