“The kingdom of heaven is like a treasure hidden in the field, which a man found and hid again; and from joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a merchant seeking fine pearls, and upon finding one pearl of great value, he went and sold all that he had and bought it." So then, none of you can be My disciple who does not give up all his own possessions." - Matthew 13:44-46; Luke 14:23. Who has ever encountered God and remained the same? Truly no one encounters God and knows His Eternal Plan that will not give up all he has to know God and be in His Eternal Plan. That is why no one who genuinely encounters God ever remain the same. • Abraham encountered Him and never remained the same, giving up all he had for Him - John 8:56; Genesis 12:1-4; 22:1-20; Hebrews 11:8-9, as against 17-19. • Moses encountered Him and never remained the same, giving up all he had for Him - Hebrews 11:24-28. • John The Baptist encountered Him and never remained the same, giving up all he had for Him - Luke 1:80; 3:2-3. • The Apostles of Old encountered Him and never remained the same, giving up all they had for Him - Luke 18:28; Philippians 3:7-11. And when you encounter Him you will know, and you will definitely change. And you will willing give up all you have for Him, like all who had encountered Him before you. There is no one who encounters Him that will not summarily and gladly give up the earth and it's treasures for Him - Matthew 13:44- 46; Luke 14:33; 18:28; Philippians 3:7-11; 1 John 2:15-17. These earthly treasures and splendor are more of a means of identifying and separating of God's real Saints from the Fakes, than for our possession and enjoyment. Philippians 3:18-19; 1 John 2:15-17.
