Our Northernmost Parks in 2026 - Episode 3 : Kruger National Park - Punda Maria Restcamp

We planned this trip in early October 2025. The idea was to complete our "bucket list" of visiting all the SANParks. There were only two outstanding...Marakele and Mapungubwe. The 5 week trip included an overnight stay at Garingboom Guest Farm in the Free State, a place that we've stayed at many times when travelling up north. We also spent two nights in Pretoria with family, Imelda and Hubertus. For the parks we allocated 3 nights in Marakele NP, 4 nights in Mapungubwe NP and 24 nights in Kruger NP, spread over seven different Rest Camps.
