Server-side Rendering with Improved Resource Binding in DotVVM 5

DotVVM supported server-side rendering from its first version, but some scenarios weren't optimized fully and required viewmodel properties to be included in the page even though they weren't used for anything. In DotVVM 5, you can now use resource binding for Repeater and GridView and omit the corresponding properties to be serialized and sent to the client, which makes the page faster to load.
