A Morning I’ll Never Forget!

What an incredible morning on the Somerset Levels! 🌅📸 I made an early start at my local RSPB reserve, hoping for a few good bird photography opportunities — but I certainly didn’t expect a morning quite like this! The Somerset Levels were alive with birds, and I was lucky enough to photograph some truly special species, including Osprey, Wryneck, Glossy Ibis and Egrets. But the Wryneck was the star of the show! What a privilege it was to see and photograph this elusive visitor. From the peaceful early-morning light to those unexpected encounters, this is a morning of bird photography I definitely won't forget.
