How to Dismantle & Clean EVGA GTX 1080ti FTW3 Hybrid

A rather hard to dismantle & clean this GPU because there are quite a few components. Many screws, many thermal pads and a lot of thermal paste later, reassembling it back is quite challenging too. Due to AIO hose keep lifting the AIO pump from its seating, so need to constant holding it to make sure it doesn't run out of place. Then put back the cover to hold it and to screw it back on.
