In this video, I think I now have the correct foil geometry to get the right lift. You will also see that I am experimenting with different position of the rudder flap. I noticed that with flap down which lifts the rudder to bring the bow down, venting occurs. In addition there is some slack in the plastic push rod, which I think should be replaced with a metal alternative. Does anyone know where I can buy a metal push rod?
