Kojak in Brooklyn 1973

A friend flagged this made-for-TV movie (full movie on YouTube) based on a true story of justice denied, then restored. The next day the algorithm fed me an obscure 1974 European pop instrumental, "O.K. Chicago", complete with all the urban crime sound effects embedded. Here is the remix of the two. The full movie was a pilot for the 5 year run of the TV series Kojak. The famous theme music (season 1) is here    • Kojak Opening   and note the titles are very similar to the titles for Hell Up in Harlem (tribute video posted last week on my channel    • Tribute to Hell Up In Harlem 1973   ). Kojak episodes premiered on CBS sunday nights until Spring 1978. The Channel 5 bumper is from 1977 though syndicated reruns of Kojak may have played on that or another independent, local station later. The "c" was removed from the name Kojack for the TV series.
