Dozens of campers and other vehicles were spotted parked along Sandy Neck Beach in West Barnstable on Cape Cod this Labor Day weekend. With abundant sunshine and mild temperatures, it was one of the few weekends this summer that offered perfect weather conditions for beachgoers.
