Sometimes your life begins to change before there is anything visible to prove it. The same routines remain. The same people are still there. Nothing dramatic has happened. And yet, something no longer feels the same. In this video, we explore why your old life can begin to feel wrong before the new one has appeared, and how Carl Jung’s ideas about the unconscious, the persona, the shadow, and individuation can help explain this difficult in-between stage. You may be feeling more distant from old routines, more exhausted by familiar roles, less willing to betray yourself, or strangely drawn toward solitude. These experiences do not always mean that your life is falling apart. Sometimes they are signs that an old identity is quietly losing its hold. This video explores: The hidden psychological changes that begin before external change Why the conscious mind is often the last to understand How the persona starts to crack Why the shadow returns during periods of transition Why certain relationships and routines stop feeling right The painful space between the old self and the emerging self Why transformation should not be forced If you have felt that something is changing inside you, but you cannot yet explain what it is, this video may help you understand why.
