1970s 8mm Cine Film - Sidmouth College, Weston Centre

This channel is dedicated to sharing 8mm cine film footage of Sidmouth, Devon, UK from the 1960s through to the early 1980s. The footage was shot by two Sidmouth men, Tony Perram and Arnold Enticott, and has now been digitised for all to enjoy. I believe this video might show the Weston Centre at Sidmouth College sometime in the 1970s. Could anyone confirm this in the comments?
