Dragon Skin🐉 Iridescent Open Cup Pour in Amazing Colors! WOW!

Acrylic Pouring Painting Fluid Abstract Art Open Cup Pour DragonSkin Hello Friends! Welcome back! We are pouring after midnight again tonight! I have an idea I want to play with.. 3 open cup rings poured at the same time! My Colors are: Colors Golden's Payne's Gray Prussian Blue -Turquoise (sorry forgot to list this one in screen) Art Alchemy Fairy Wings (seafood green) Opal Magic (light pink) DecoArt Americana Decor Metallics 24K Gold Pouring Medium Liquitex Gloss Medium & Varnish Golden's GAC800 Paint + a bit of Water Floetrol I'm using Payne's Gray as my basecoat color, because I want it to dry nice and dark, almost black. I use 3 rings that I cut from 7 ounce Dixie cups and put them down in the center of the canvas. I pour my colors into all three, hoping they will travel outward. Its looking great! Until I put in some of that Opal Magic pinkish color.. when I poured it some fell outside the ring, which I did not like.. and what was in the ring looked off.. that pink color did NOT work with the rest of the color palette and it bothered me right after I poured it in. I put more Prussian Blue on top but it still shows, and that blob that fell out side the cup just got bigger and worse as I stretched it. I should have tilted that off first thing, but I didnt want to lose the good parts of the ring. I try to get more of it off, but I am not liking the composition at all... so I decide to tilt off all the paint and pour it again, using only one cup this time...and none of that darn pink! This time it works beautifully! The ring moves and you can see the waves of each color I pour. The cells are amazing, especially the 24KGold cells on the Turquoise background.. I love the way it looks.. like DragonSkin! It been very hot here the last few days (thats why I added GAC800 to my mix) and I put this under a big mesh food tent to keep the bugs out. 🦟 That part was very successful! Even tho I tilted and only left a very thin layer of paint on there it was very hot and left some textures on the canvas on one area. I think it's from the heat, but there may have been more paint on that corner.. 🤷‍♀️ I don't feel like it looks bad or like a mistake, it actually adds some depth to those lines and looks pretty cool. I hope you guys enjoyed this pour, I did, even tho I was mad at the pink.. I added that one to the palette actually before the Fairy Wings seafoam color because I wanted something pale but not white and Opal sounded pretty cool.. I ended up really liking the Fairy Wings color tho! (A note on the drips that I tilted off.. I scraped them into a cup and they are gorgeous.. I used them as a flow extender in my next piece.. nothing is wasted. So please, don't yell at me about wasted paint, I will not respond to those comments anymore.
