Bridges (old and new) on I-10 E between Houston and Lake Charles

[Comp] This drive from Houston, TX to Lake Charles, LA features several bridges and interchanges (both old and new) on I-10 east. You can see the difference in road and bridge quality between Texas and Louisiana. Luckily, Louisiana is FINALLY doing something about the ancient Calcasieu River Bridge this year. You can read more about it here: https://www.i10calcasieubridge.com/ Finally, it shows just how buggy Louisiana is, as I could maintain a clean windshield the entire time I was in Houston from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Only once we left Houston did I start to see bug splatters on the windshield, and it only got MUCH WORSE after crossing into Louisiana. Mark my words: Louisiana is America's most BUG-INFESTED state, even beating Florida, Mississippi, and Texas (thank those bats for eating the bugs in Texas)!
