Walking During a Super Typhoon in the Philippines [4K HDR]

Walking during a super typhoon in the Philippines is quite normal. Of course, if you are right smack dab in the middle of it, you might not be walking around. Where I walked in Tondo Manila Philippines, there wasn't much damage (as far as I know), just some normal flooding and heavy rainfall. Walking during a typhoon in the Philippines can be fun because there is just a lot of things going on, it's kinda like a party! But of course, it's not like that everywhere =(. Prayers go out to the people who did not fare well and passed away during Super Typhoon Carina. I sure hope that one day the infrastructure here gets better so that to prevent more extreme heavy floods. Thanks always for watching!
