Massive Trains Charging Uphill Curve at Maximum Throttle!!

There's just something about watching massive trains charging uphill through a curve with the throttle at Notch 8! I'm always surprised and delighted to find no one else waiting for trains at the place known locally as Houlihan's Curve, near the base of Edelstein Hill. As they head west, Trains enter this curve with everything they've got, hoping to gain as much momentum as possible as they begin the ascent of Edelsten Hill. I caught these two intermodals and an auto rack on the morning of May 15, 2026.
