Duo 1 Phase Insurrection Prime | Pantheon

My phase was bad and we still had 3 seconds to spare, SoF makes this really easy. We tried for a long time to get this work without Song of Flame, but it was barely not feasible. I think if both people have perfect execution and the boss/bricks behave you can barely pull it off without SoF. For damage, I'm using Helm of Saint 14, which supresses the boss for an aggregate stack, and also reloads my a499 with echo of domineering which is a nice boost. Then Shoot to Loot bricks to skip reloads on a499 and keep up Izi ammo. Both on Spire of the Watcher 4pc set bonus for the 7% extra damage.
