International law professor explains ICC warrants for Netanyahu, Hamas leaders

Australian National University International Law Professor Donald Rothwell has explained the International Criminal Court seeking warrants for three leaders of Hamas and Israel’s Prime Minister and Defence Minister. “I think this was, to a degree, anticipated,” Mr Rothwell told Sky News Australia. “We know that the International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan had been actively investigating the situation both in Israel, arising from the October 7 Hamas attacks, but also the Israeli response in Gaza.”
