Dr Manjunath Defends RSS Pathasanchalana |

The debate around RSS Pathasanchalana Permission continues to intensify in Karnataka. Speaking to the media in Bengaluru, MP Dr. Manjunath strongly opposed any ban or restriction on the RSS Pathasanchalana, calling it unconstitutional. He stated that the Constitution does not allow unnecessary bans and emphasized that freedom of assembly is a democratic right. The statement comes amid growing controversy, with many political and legal experts weighing in. Former Justice Santosh Hegde also commented that controlling or banning such events goes against constitutional values. Dr. Manjunath further added that society must preserve harmony and tolerance instead of creating divisions through provocative statements. “This kind of rhetoric only spreads confusion and damages social health,” he said.
