WHAT YOU’VE ALL BEEN WAITING FOR 🤍 Let’s have some fun ! If you’ve been following her story, you know this beautiful woman had been trying to achieve grey blending after unfortunately being overprocessed in the past. She went to multiple hairstylists who told her no, and after a test strand reportedly broke off, she posted on TikTok saying she was giving up. So many of you tagged me — and that’s how we connected. 🥹 She came to me on her birthday, August 24th, for a consultation. I did 3 test strands and they turned out beautifully with no additional damage. Since it was her birthday, I couldn’t let her leave with that brassy yellow hair, so I gifted her a toner and haircut. 🤍 Then we booked the big appointment! 13 HOURS OF GREY BLENDING — and HERE SHE IS. Grey blending does NOT mean making someone grey. It means following the natural pattern already growing from their head. I individually separated her greys and darks and followed HER natural pattern — there was no specific foil pattern for this transformation. You guys know my words: TIRED vs. EXHAUSTED. Tired hair still gives us room to work. Exhausted hair tells us when to stop. We talked through her hair history, expectations and limitations, and she trusted the process. And LOOK AT HER. 😭🤍 She absolutely ROCKS this hair! Of course we used K18 for protection, L’Oréal Professionnel for my backbar and Redken for color.
