Magnets can also be added or removed to customize the amount of force required; without any magnets at all, it spins freely, letting the sound of the bearing come through. Admittedly, a big part of why I enjoy this fidget is because of how cute it looks. Having a playful yet tasteful (no pun intended) desk toy is something that brings me happiness every time I see it.
