Digital Logic & Computer Design | Class 1 | Introduction & Complete Syllabus Discussion | Vidhya Tech Classes Welcome to Vidhya Tech Classes – Discover. Learn. Excel. Are you ready to explore the fascinating world of Digital Logic and Computer Design? In this first lecture, we are going to introduce one of the most important subjects in Computer Science and Computer Engineering: Digital Logic & Computer Design (DLD). This video is specially designed as an introductory class in which we will discuss the complete six-unit syllabus of Digital Logic & Computer Design, understand the importance of this subject, and explore the major concepts that we will learn throughout this course. Before starting individual topics, it is important to understand what we are going to study, why these concepts matter, and how digital logic forms the foundation of modern computers and electronic systems. From basic Number Systems and Boolean Algebra to Logic Gates, Combinational Circuits, Sequential Circuits, Registers, Counters, Memory Organization, and Computer Design, this course will take you through the fundamental concepts of digital computing. Whether you are a beginner or preparing for your university examinations, this lecture will give you a clear roadmap of the complete subject.
