Phantom Blade Zero is NOT the same game we saw in 2023 - a lot has really changed. After three years from the first reveal in 2023 till date, S-Game has transformed its original vision into a much deeper combat, weapon and progression system than its first reveal suggested. With the latest 11-minute gameplay showcase and dedicated State of Play, Phantom Blade Zero has evolved dramatically. In this video, I break down three major areas that show just how far the game has come, across it visuals, combat progression and weapons. This reminds me of the God of War skill mechanics, particularly how each weapons carries it's own unique combat skill-tree... which when you take Phantom Blade Zero's 55 weapons in consideration,that's a whole learning and mastery curve.
