I Tried Making Filipino Comfort Food for the First Time… Chicken Sopas! 🇵🇭

🇵🇭 It's another cold, rainy day here in Utah, and I've been missing the Philippines like crazy! So today I'm attempting to make Filipino Chicken Sopas for the very first time. Believe it or not, I never tried this dish during my last trip to the Philippines. After hearing about this creamy, comforting Filipino chicken macaroni soup, I knew I had to give it a shot. I'm making my version with shredded chicken, elbow macaroni, carrots, celery, cabbage, Filipino-style red hot dogs, and evaporated milk. I've never made it, I've never tasted it, and I'm not even sure if I'm doing everything right. 😂 And after that first bowl... I might actually like it more than sinigang! 👀 As always, I'm not a professional chef. I'm just an American guy who loves cooking, exploring Filipino culture, and learning new recipes along the way.
