Sababu Elfu Kumi (10000 Reasons) by Reuben Kigame and Sifa Voices

This is a song originally written in English by Matt Redman and Jonas Myrin in 2011. Reuben Kigame translated it into Kiswahili in 2013 to make it more accessible to the African Church. "Matt sings the song in a fairly high key," says Mr. Kigame, "which is very uncomfortable for the average congregation. I dropped my rendition to E-Major to ensure that both male and female singers can jointly render this great song in a more comfortable congregational key." Mr. Kigame adds, "It is one of the greatest worship songs ever written to express a grateful and dependent heart to our eternal God who says in Revelation 4:11 that everything was created for His pleasure. It is my hope that in this translation Africa can bring Him pleasure through some Swahili expression."
