Looking for a unique non-alcoholic drink that naturally lifts your mood? This golden saffron mint mocktail (Sekanjabin) is a sweet, tangy, and refreshing Iranian shrub infused with saffron, fresh mint, and a crisp vinegar syrup. Known as the "sunshine spice," saffron has been celebrated for centuries as a natural botanical that supports mental well-being and elevates your spirits—giving you a bright, happy boost completely alcohol-free. Let everything simmer together for a few more minutes. 4. Cover + wait Turn off the heat, cover the pot, and set it aside for a few hours. The mint keeps steeping while the syrup slowly cools. 5. Let it get syrupy The syrup will thicken more as it cools. Once completely cool, remove the mint. 6. Pour + chill 🧊 Pour some syrup into a glass, dilute with cold water to your taste, and add as much ice as you like. Finish with a little Damask rose on top.
