IEBA WEEK 12, 2026 Hive Inspection

Welcome to week 12 of our IEBA 2026 high inspection. This week we checked our hive again and did see the queen and she has started delay eggs. But at this point this hive is way behind the power curve for the year. So we will have to make a decision in the future how we want to treat this hive. We also looked at the other hives in the yard, to show the difference of a hive that’s kept their queen versus a hive that’s super seated their queen and it’s a huge difference. #bees #beekeeping #urbanbeekeeping #backyardbeekeeping
